India's First Verified Platform for Women to Find Flats & Flatmates Finding a flat or a flatmate shouldn't feel like a gamble. If you've ever scrolled through Facebook groups at midnight, messaged five "brokers" who never replied, or moved in with a stranger and just hoped for the best, you already know the problem. India's rental market wasn't built with women's safety in mind, and it shows: fake listings, unverified strangers, and no real way to know who you're about to live with. SheRents changes that. What is SheRents? SheRents is India's first platform built exclusively for women to find verified flats and flatmates. Every single member completes Aadhaar verification before they can browse listings, message anyone, or post their own. No anonymous accounts. No guessing games. Why women choose SheRents 1) Verified, not just listed — every profile is Aadhaar verified, so you always know who you're talking to 2) Compatibility that actually matters — we match on budget, lifestyle, habits, and schedule, not just square footage 3) Chat safely, in one place — no handing out your number to strangers on WhatsApp 4) Built for how women actually search — student, working professional, or relocating to a new city, we get it. What you can do on SheRents 1) Browse verified flats for rent, filtered by budget, location, and move-in date 2) Find verified flatmates near you, matched by compatibility 3) List your own flat or spare room in minutes 4) Search together with another woman if you're both flat-hunting solo 5) Message securely within the app, no personal number needed until you're ready Safety & verification, done properly Before anyone can use SheRents to connect with another member, they complete Aadhaar-based identity verification. It's the same layer of trust we'd want for ourselves, applied to every single person on the platform. Compatibility, not just convenience A good flatmate isn't just someone with a free room. It's someone whose habits, schedule, and lifestyle actually fit yours. SheRents' compatibility matching looks at the details that make or break a flat share, so you're not left guessing after move-in day. Who SheRents is for 1) Students moving to a new city for college 2) Young professionals starting a new job 3) Women relocating and starting from scratch 4) Women with a spare room looking for the right flatmate 5) Anyone tired of scrolling through unverified listings and fake profiles What you won't find here No broker spam. No fake listings. No unverified strangers messaging you at odd hours. Just women looking for a safe place to live, and other women who can help them find it. How it works 1) Download SheRents and complete quick Aadhaar verification 2) Choose what you're looking for — a flat, a flatmate, or both 3) Set your budget, location, and preferences 4) Browse verified matches and chat securely in-app 5) Move in with confidence Join thousands of women already searching smarter SheRents started with a WhatsApp group of women swapping flat leads and warning each other about scams. It's grown into a full platform, but the mission hasn't changed. Download SheRents today and find your next flat or flatmate, verified from the very first hello.
