Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Sky Tower! at 5.0 against Mob Fortress's 2.7. Mob Fortress's advantage is review sentiment (38% vs 0%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Sky Tower! holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mob Fortress has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Sky Tower!'s written reviews are positive against 38% of Mob Fortress's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
