Sleuthoku
Read full descriptionHide full description
Sleuthoku is a murder mystery that you solve with logic. A floor plan is divided into rooms, with chairs, beds, plants, bookcases, even cars and trees. You place the victim and every suspect on it, using their clues. Get everyone in the right spot, and the floor plan tells you who did it. HOW TO PLAY - Exactly one person stands in each row and each column. Sudoku-style logic, with people instead of numbers. - Nobody stands on a plant, a bookcase, a box, a car or a tree. - Everyone has a few clues, such as "was in the kitchen", "sat on a chair", "was north of Anna" or "was next to a plant". - The victim was alone in a room with the murderer. Place everyone correctly, then make your accusation. THE CASES - 120 cases on three levels: Easy (5×5), Medium (6×6) and Hard (7×7). You start with 20 per level; the purchase adds another 20 per level. - Want more? "New case" makes a fresh one at every level, as many as you like. - Every case has exactly one solution, and you can reach it by reasoning alone, without guessing. On Medium and Hard you sometimes need to think one step ahead. TOOLS - Note: put someone's initial small in a square to keep track of where they could be. - Cross: rule out a square for everyone. - Undo, for when you change your mind. - Hint: the first tap shows who you can find now. Tap again and that person is placed. - Show mistakes: switch it on to see right away when something does not add up. - Coordinates on the board (A, B, C… and 1, 2, 3…) and a dark mode. NO ACCOUNT No account, no sign-up. Sleuthoku works offline, and your progress stays on your device. FREE, WITH ADS The game is free. Now and then a full-screen ad appears between two cases: never while you are solving one, and not during your first cases. Want a hint? You can choose to watch a short ad first. A one-time in-app purchase removes all ads and adds 60 more cases, also on your other devices with the same Apple Account. Available in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean.
