Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MyCBHA at 2.8 against CHPW Virtual Care's 2.2. MyCBHA also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 4 months). CHPW Virtual Care's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 0%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MyCBHA holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of MyCBHA's written reviews are positive against 33% of CHPW Virtual Care's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
MyCBHA ships an update every 6 weeks, CHPW Virtual Care every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
