DoOne

Features

DoOne is a task list with a focus timer built in. You pick one task, and the timer runs for that task until you finish it or take a break. DoOne is free. One optional purchase, DoOne Pro, adds the extras marked below. You pay once and there is no subscription. Plan today, park the rest There are three lists. Today is what you plan to do, Next is what comes after, and Someday holds everything else so it stops nagging you. What you finish moves to Done the next morning, so each list stays a plan and your history stays in one place. Pick one, press play Choose a task and start a focus session. When the session ends, DoOne offers a break. When you finish the task, it suggests what to do next. Made for iPhone Duo Open, the lists sit on the left and your focus task on the right. Closed, you see the one task and its timer. Set it half open on a desk and it works as a desk timer, with the controls on the lower half. DoOne also runs on iPhone and iPad. Outside the app • Widgets for the Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy • A Live Activity on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and on Apple Watch • A Focus control for Control Center and the Action button • Siri and Shortcuts can start, pause, resume, stop or finish a session, skip a break, and add a task Reminders and integrations With Pro, bring your reminders into your lists. When you finish the task, DoOne completes the reminder. Link a task to an issue on GitHub, GitLab, Forgejo, Gitea, Linear or Sentry, or to a Todoist task, and checking it off closes it there. Settings • Choose how long focus sessions and breaks last • Start breaks or the next session automatically • Switch between light and dark • Snarky mode: trades the encouragement for attitude DoOne Pro • iCloud sync: your tasks, history and current focus task match across your devices.
