AiGlean — All-in-One App for Businesses on the AiGlean Platform AiGlean is the official app for teams at businesses that run on the AiGlean platform, giving your staff full control over day-to-day operations — a shared WhatsApp team inbox, support tickets, bookings, orders, and reviews — all from one place, on the go, no desktop required. Use the tools that fit your business: whether you run a store, a service, or a booking-based operation, AiGlean adapts to the way you work. Real-Time Dashboard Get an instant snapshot of your business: order counts, low-stock and pending-return alerts, ticket statistics (open/closed), and customer ratings, with daily, weekly, and monthly breakdowns. Order Management (when your business takes orders) Track every order, filter by status, date range, or order number, update order status (Pending / Processing / Complete / Cancelled), mark payments, issue full or partial refunds, edit shipping details, and open or print invoices — with support for multiple branches. Built-In Support Ticketing Receive tickets, sort by department and priority, assign them to the right team member, add internal notes with attachments, and close them once resolved — with powerful filters to find any ticket instantly. Shared WhatsApp Team Inbox Your whole team works one WhatsApp business number together, right inside the app. Any conversation can be assigned to a team member and locks while they reply, so two agents never answer the same customer at once. Take over bot-started conversations, reply with text or voice messages, send photos and files, quote earlier messages, and see typing indicators and read receipts. Customer Reviews & Insights See average ratings, full survey responses, and performance broken down per team member. Booking Management View every appointment with its schedule and details, and cancel a booking — together with its linked order when relevant — in a single action. Enterprise-Grade Security Sign in with your business's unique tenant code plus a personal employee account, optional two-factor verification, automatic lockout after repeated failed attempts, and Face ID / fingerprint protection. Fully Bilingual Available in English and Arabic, with automatic right-to-left layout when Arabic is selected. AiGlean is exclusive to businesses under an active contract with AiGlean, and requires a Tenant Code issued from your AiGlean admin panel.
