Ritua Run
Read full descriptionHide full description
Run to your body's rhythm, not a calendar. Ritua Run builds your running plan around your goal, your weekly target, and the days you choose. It shows your cycle as context, and you can hide the phases anytime. It adjusts the day to what you tell it in your check-in: how you slept and how you feel. Rough day? The session gets easier. YOUR CYCLE IS CONTEXT, NOT A RULE No cycle phase works the same way for every woman. So Ritua Run never ramps up or scales back your training just because a calendar predicts a phase. In the Cycle tab, log your period and see what day of your cycle you're on and when your next period is due. What you logged is shown separately from what's predicted. After about ten easy runs from your plan across two cycles, Your pattern shows whether your pace changes from one phase to another, comparing only similar sessions and you with yourself. DISCREET ABOUT YOUR CYCLE During a run, the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island show your time, distance, and pace, never the name of your cycle phase. Notification titles never mention your cycle either. Analytics tools never receive your cycle phase, your period dates, your symptoms, or your check-in answers. START FROM SCRATCH, NO RUSH Never run before, or starting over from scratch? The plan starts with walking and short jogs. The next step comes after a session of at least ten minutes recorded in the iPhone app, and a rest day. Missed a day? Your step waits for you. A HARD DAY CHANGES YOUR RUN Check in for the day: when it comes in low, after a poor night or with little energy, the session gets easier. With your cycle shown in the app, tell us how each run felt too: when your last few runs felt hard, the next sessions ease off. And before harder sessions, you can pick the lighter version. ALSO IN MENOPAUSE OR WITH YOUR CYCLE OFF In menopause, or with "Show my cycle in the app" turned off, the plan follows your training days and your check-in, and the day's session never mentions a phase. With no recent check-in, the plan's standard session applies. EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR RUN GPS, route map, pace, distance, and time, with voice cues for every part of your session. On a treadmill, with your phone in a pocket or armband, distance comes from your steps. Open Ritua Run on Apple Watch to see time, distance, pace, and heart rate on your wrist. Your heart rate shows on your iPhone too. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Bring in your period logs and heart rate from Apple Health, and save your runs there too. THREE RUNS ON US Any run of ten minutes or more that you record in Ritua Run on your iPhone counts. After three, subscribe to keep going. Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings. ONE SUBSCRIPTION, THREE APPS Signed in with the same account, your Ritua subscription unlocks all three Ritua apps: running with Ritua Run, strength training with Ritua Gym, and home workouts with Ritua. All designed for women's bodies, with one account. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Race Bootcamp at none against Ritua Run's 2. Ritua Run's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
