Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Real Gun at 4.7 against Sensi Elite's 3.8. Real Gun also leads on ratings volume (922 vs 6) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). Sensi Elite's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 4 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
