Body Charge

Body Charge turns your Apple Watch data into one simple number: how much energy you have, from 0 to 100. Like a battery, you recharge overnight with sleep and drain through the day with activity and stress. One glance tells you whether today is a day to push hard or take it easy. HOW IT WORKS Body Charge reads your sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), breathing, wrist temperature and activity from Apple Health, and learns YOUR personal normal over time. Everything is compared to your own baseline β not generic averages β so the number actually fits you. WHAT YOU SEE β’ A live energy level, shown as a real battery that fills and drains β’ Your morning charge and how the day has spent it, hour by hour β’ A forecast of where your energy is heading before bedtime β’ What drained you most today β and what helped you recover β’ Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and activity, each compared to your norm β’ A plain-language breakdown of exactly why your number is what it is TRENDS See your morning charge across weeks and months, track sleep debt as it builds, and keep your training load in a healthy range. ON YOUR WRIST A Watch app and complications put your charge right on your watch face. HONEST BY DESIGN When there isn't enough data, Body Charge tells you the number is an estimate instead of pretending to be precise. DATA AND PRIVACY Body Charge calculates your energy on your device. Raw Apple Health samples are not sent as analytics events. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect app usage, derived energy scores, self-reported energy ratings, purchase events, device information and crash reports to improve the app. We do not use these data for advertising tracking. Optional Body Charge AI sends a limited derived summary when you ask a question, after separate consent. Body Charge is free to download. Optional Body Charge Pro subscriptions unlock additional features. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Body Charge is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
