About

SpaceContext

Features

SpaceContext turns a simple video into a complete inventory and a move-in/move-out condition report, generated automatically with AI. Walk through the rooms while recording a video and, if you like, narrate what you see: SpaceContext analyzes the footage, detects rooms, furniture and appliances, assesses their condition, and produces shareable, machine-readable output. No forms to fill in, no scattered photos. HOW IT WORKS 1. Film – Record a video of the space (you can talk: your audio is transcribed). 2. AI does the rest – Automatic detection of areas, items and condition. 3. Export – Get a polished PDF report, structured JSON, or AI-agent-ready knowledge — send it, archive it, or plug it into your own tools. PERFECT FOR • Rentals & leases – Move-in/move-out condition reports and handover for short and long stays. • Property managers & agencies – Document every unit in minutes. • Home inventory for insurance – Visual proof of belongings and condition for claims. • Inspections & moving – Before/after condition of a space, with no manual paperwork. KEY FEATURES • Automatic AI inventory from a single video • Detection of rooms, furniture and appliances • Condition rating (Excellent, Good…) and flagged issues • Audio transcript of your narration, woven into the report • Guided questions about your space (AI Q&A) • Export a polished PDF report, structured JSON, or AI-ready context (Markdown) • Both parties can sign the report in the app; signatures go in the PDF • Share a read-only guide of the space with a link or QR code • Compare scans of the same space over time (before and after) • Structured, machine-readable data you can feed to AI agents and automations • Projects organized by space type (home, office…) • Available in English and Italian One video and you have a document, a dataset, and knowledge your AI can use. SUBSCRIPTION Space Context Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual; the annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
