Notes, reminders, and water — three essentials, one calm app. Triad unifies the three tools you reach for every day: a place to write, a way to remember, and a habit to stay hydrated. No more juggling a notes app, a reminders app, an alarm clock, and a water tracker. It is quiet, focused, and works offline — what you write stays on your device, with no account needed. NEW: REMINDERS THAT RING LIKE AN ALARM • Ring as alarm — any reminder, or your water reminders, can ring like an alarm clock until you stop it, even when your iPhone is on silent. • Choose how it turns off — one tap, three quick sums, typing a short sentence, or a photo of a bottle, cup, or glass. Water alarms can also ask you to log a drink. • Quiet hours — overnight, alarms arrive as plain notifications instead. • Photos are checked on your iPhone and never uploaded. • Alarms need iOS 26 or later. On earlier versions, reminders arrive as notifications. WHY TRIAD • Three essentials in one — notes, reminders, and water, without the clutter of a do-everything suite. • Yours by default — your notes, reminders, and water log are stored on your device. No sign-up, no login. • Works offline — open it on a plane or with no signal; your reminders still fire on time. • Calm and minimal — a warm, distraction-free design built around what you actually use. • Easy to learn — a short tour and first-time tips explain each screen. NOTES • A clean, rich note editor for thoughts, checklists, and longer writing. • Nested folders — organize notes into folders within folders, as deep as you like. • Grid and list views, with sorting to find things fast. • Move notes between folders and search across everything. • Pin and colour the notes that matter. Archive notes you want to tuck away. REMINDERS • One-off and recurring reminders: daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and fully custom. • Deep custom recurrence — every N days/weeks/months, specific weekdays, the nth weekday of a month, end on a date, or stop after N times. • Inline month calendar, a choice of sounds, and categories and colours to sort them. • Skip a single occurrence, or mark one done to silence that notification. • Swipe actions and filters. Timezone-aware local scheduling. WATER / HYDRATION • Log a drink with one tap and watch today's goal fill up. • A daily goal suggested from your weight, with reminder times you choose. • Smart skipping — reminders stop for the day once you reach your goal, and one is skipped if you just had a drink. • Pause reminders for an hour or the rest of the day. • Weekly and monthly history. KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE • Local backup and restore: export your notes, reminders, or water log to a JSON file and import it back whenever you need, via the system share sheet. MORE • Light and dark themes. A local profile with your name and avatar. Share Triad with a QR code. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT DOES Triad needs no account, and your notes, reminders, and water log are never uploaded — there is no cloud sync. Triad is free and shows ads, and it sends anonymous crash and usage reports so bugs can be fixed. Three essentials. One calm, private, offline app. That is Triad.
