Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Send Chap at 64% against WalliSend's 0%. Send Chap also leads on ratings volume (12 vs 1). WalliSend's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
WalliSend holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Send Chap has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Send Chap's written reviews are positive against 0% of WalliSend's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Send Chap ships an update every 6 weeks, WalliSend fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
