Hand Tremor Tracker is the most accurate hand tremor measurement tool available on the App Store. The application uses sensitive built-in device sensors to measure fluctuations of the device in three-dimensional axes. When the user holds their phone on top of their hand, the fluctuations of the holding hand become fluctuations of the device, allowing us to measure current hand tremor. See the references at the end of the description for more information. How to use: 1) Place your phone on top of your hand. 2) Tap the measure button to initiate a new measurement. 3) The application takes about 10 seconds to measure your current hand tremor. The application requires a paid subscription. A free trial is available. Subscriptions are automatically renewed and can be canceled at any time. Upon purchase of a subscription, Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Consider seeking a doctor’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions. SlopeReady

SlopeReady turns your Apple Health data into a clear, adaptive training plan. Whether you are prepping for ski season, losing fat, building endurance, or just getting fit, it reads the workouts you already record and coaches you like a sports scientist who actually looks at your numbers. NOT JUST SKIING Ski season is where SlopeReady shines, but the coaching works for any goal it can read from your data: fat loss, building endurance, general fitness, injury prevention, and long-term durability. Set a goal with a real target and deadline, and the plan works backward from it. WORKS WITH YOUR GEAR SlopeReady works most effectively with Apple Watch today. Other trackers such as Strava, Garmin, and COROS are supported through the data they write into Apple Health, so the depth of analysis depends on what each device shares there. Deeper direct third-party integrations are planned for later versions. SlopeReady is a read-only Health analyzer and AI coach. It does not record workouts, track live location, or replace your tracker. You keep training the way you already do; SlopeReady tells you what it means and what to do next. DAILY READINESS See how recovered you are before you train. SlopeReady blends resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep, and training load into a readiness score, and always shows how confident that score is based on the data actually available. Missing data is shown as missing, never invented. Charts let you follow your HRV, resting heart rate, and readiness over time. TRAINING LOAD YOU CAN TRUST Acute and chronic load, ACWR, monotony, and strain, computed from your real history. When your load spikes into injury-risk territory, SlopeReady tells you and adjusts the plan down instead of pushing you into a hole. ADAPTIVE PLANS A rolling plan built around your goals. The plan reshapes itself as your readiness and load change, and hard days get pulled back automatically when your body needs it. TRAIN SMART Guided strength and conditioning sessions with illustrated exercises, proper warm-ups, and ski-specific movements. Tell SlopeReady what equipment you have and it builds sessions you can actually do. AN AI COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR DATA Ask questions in plain language. The coach answers using your own derived metrics, explains its reasoning, and never claims medical certainty. Talk through your recent training sessions and get a thorough breakdown of a workout: what went well, what to watch, and concrete tips to improve next time. Only minimized, on-device-derived context is used; your raw Health data stays on your iPhone. STAY ON TRACK Optional daily readiness and planned-workout reminders keep you on plan without nagging. Notifications are opt-in and fully under your control. BUILT FOR SKIERS Whether you are prepping for a resort week or a full alpine season, SlopeReady builds the legs, engine, and resilience skiing demands, and helps you arrive fit before the snow does. PRIVACY FIRST Health data is read-only and stays on device. AI coaching is opt-in. Analytics and crash reporting are opt-in and off by default. SlopeReady does not sell your data and does not track you across other apps. SlopeReady is a training and coaching support tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. SlopeReady Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks expanded AI coaching. You can use core readiness and planning features without it.
