SynapsAR vs Micro cards AR+

SynapsAR, es una aplicación desarrollada con fines educativos que permite obtener información y visualizar en tres dimensiones los principales elementos que componen una neurona presináptica y una neurona postsináptica. También permite visualizar con detalle el espacio o surco sináptico y la representación del movimiento de transferencia de las moléculas neurotransmisoras entre una neurona presináptica y una neurona postsináptica mediante Realidad Aumentada. La aplicación se distribuye y se activa con un track (marcador o imagen). Apuntando con la cámara del dispositivo móvil al citado track, en la parte central de la pantalla del dispositivo, se proyecta la imagen tridimensional de una sección correspondiente a la zona de contacto entre una neurona presináptica y una neurona postsináptica. En la imagen tridimensional, también se representa información sobre los diferentes elementos que componen cada una de las neuronas en contacto. Haciendo clic sobre el círculo de color blanco que rodea cada elemento, se puede obtener información sobre cada uno de ellos. También se representa el proceso de generación, intercambio y asimilación de las moléculas neurotransmisoras y el movimiento y las trayectorias seguidas por las mismas en el citado proceso de transmisión. Al girar o rotar la cámara del dispositivo móvil sobre el track, cambiará la perspectiva de los elementos representados en función de la dirección del giro. Igualmente, al acercar o alejar la cámara del dispositivo móvil respecto al track, se puede aumentar o reducir el zoom y por lo tanto el nivel de detalle observado sobre cada elemento representado tridimensionalmente mediante Realidad Aumentada.
