OMS, on the other hand, is a order distribution system that routes the orders to matching warehouses based on preset distribution rules. Users can configure Merchants, Channels, Products, and other data flexibly on web pages, as well as viewing user profiles, order dispatching, warehouses and inventories, and sales data in analysis charts.

ESS is an Employee Self-Service app for company-managed users. Employees can securely sign in with their Microsoft work account to access HR services, view company updates, manage requests, submit leave and expense claims, record attendance actions, review approvals, access policies, and manage employee profile information.
