Dub Filter is a filter plugin modeled after King Tubby’s iconic Big Knob, a passive high-pass filter with eleven frequency steps from 70Hz to 7.5KHz. This filter defined the sound of the entire "roots" era of Jamaican music. On top of the main stepped Frequency knob and the Impedance (resonance), the filter also offers control over its behavior including Magnetism, Character, Dynamics, and Artefacts controls. We have also included two modulation sources, LFO and Envelope Follower, to enhance the creative possibilities of the plugin, from rhythmic pulsations to organic filter movements. Available as Standalone and AUv3.

About

Gradatone

Features

Gradatone is a seamless pitch instrument: swipe the screen and hear pitch move smoothly—named for the gradient of sound. Play with nuance keyboards cannot easily offer—vocal-like vibrato and string-like glissandos. Layer timbres for rich harmony, or turn on Snap to pull pitch gently toward a scale. Choose from major, minor, Okinawan and Miyako modes, Chinese pentatonic, Indian (raga), Arabic, blues, and more. Labels include English, kana, and Indian note names (Sa/Pa). No account, ads, in-app purchases, or tracking. Settings stay on your device only. On iOS, you can play even when the Ring/Silent switch is on (use the device volume buttons).
