Jet Lag Planner
Read full descriptionHide full description
Jet Lag turns your flight into a day-by-day plan for adjusting to the new time zone — what time to sleep, when to seek bright light, when to avoid it, when to take low-dose melatonin, and when to stop drinking caffeine. Most jet lag advice is generic. This isn't. The plan is built from your actual itinerary and your own sleep habits, so a red-eye east and an afternoon hop west produce genuinely different schedules. WHAT YOU GET • A shifted sleep window for each day, before you fly and after you land • Bright-light seek and avoid windows — the strongest lever on your body clock, and the easiest one to get backwards • Low-dose melatonin timing (0.5 mg), placed relative to your target bedtime • Caffeine cutoffs, set about six hours before target bed • In-flight guidance, including layover naps that overlap destination night • A 24-hour timeline for each day, so you can see the whole plan at a glance • Local reminders that fire at the moment each step applies • Flight lookup — type a flight number and the airports and scheduled times fill themselves in, or enter everything by hand if you'd rather BUILT AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE, NOT AN AVERAGE ONE Setup asks for your usual bedtime, your usual wake time, and your home time zone. The plan depends entirely on those, so they're asked up front rather than guessed at. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No sign-up. Your trips and sleep preferences are stored on your device and are never uploaded — there is nothing on the other end to upload them to. No ads, no analytics, no tracking SDKs of any kind. There is exactly one exception, and you control it. If you use flight lookup, the flight number and date you typed are sent to an outside flight-data service to fetch the airports and times — our privacy policy names the two companies that handle it. Nothing else about you goes with them — no account, no device identifier, nothing about your trips or your sleep — though that service, like any website, sees the IP address you connect from. It happens only at the moment you tap Look up. Enter your flights by hand and the app never touches the network. PRICING Your first trip is free, with the complete plan — every day, every step, no feature held back. A single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited trips after that. No subscription. No recurring charge. Buy it once, keep it. A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS Jet Lag offers general wellness guidance about sleep, light, melatonin, and caffeine timing. It is not medical advice and is not a medical device. If you have a sleep disorder, are pregnant, or take medication, talk to a doctor.

Verdict
