ZOSIMOS Timesheet is a comprehensive workforce time management app designed for organizations of all sizes. Whether you're an employee clocking in for your shift or a manager overseeing your team's schedules, ZOSIMOS Timesheet streamlines every aspect of time tracking, leave management, and payroll preparation. CLOCK IN & OUT WITH CONFIDENCE Use the hold-to-confirm clock button with biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint) to securely start and end your shift. GPS-verified clock actions ensure you're at an approved work site. Offline? No problem — clock actions are queued and synced automatically when you're back online. SMART BREAK TRACKING Start and end breaks with a single tap. Your organization defines break types (paid or unpaid), durations, and limits. Breaks are automatically factored into your daily hours calculation. TIMESHEET MANAGEMENT View your complete time entry history with detailed breakdowns of regular hours, overtime, and breaks. Swipe through pay-period statistics to compare your current and previous periods at a glance. Submit timesheets for supervisor approval, track revision requests, and resubmit with corrections — all from your device. LEAVE REQUESTS MADE SIMPLE Request vacation, sick days, personal leave, or any custom leave type configured by your organization. View your real-time leave balances, check accrual rates, and track the status of pending requests. Tap any balance to see its full history — including the balance before and after every request. Managers can approve, deny, or send back requests with notes. OVERTIME PRE-APPROVAL Need to work extra hours? Submit an overtime pre-approval request with the estimated hours and reason. Your supervisor reviews and approves before the shift, ensuring compliance and transparency. Pre-approved overtime is automatically validated when you clock out. ADMIN DASHBOARD Managers and administrators get a real-time overview of their workforce. See who's clocked in, on break, or on leave at a glance. The staff overview displays current shift status for every team member with clock-in times, elapsed hours, and break activity. APPROVAL WORKFLOW Review and act on pending approvals for time entries, leave requests, and overtime pre-approvals. Approve, deny, or send back items with notes, and review your approvals history. Delegation support lets you assign approval authority when you're unavailable. ANNOUNCEMENTS Stay informed with company-wide or department-specific announcements from your organization. View attachments, acknowledge important notices, and never miss critical updates. MULTI-ORGANIZATION SUPPORT Work for multiple organizations?
