Smart Delivery

The Smart Delivery application serves as the user interface for accessing the cloud-based platform known as CapturePoint, developed and maintained by Process Fusion. Acting as the front-end application, Smart Delivery leverages CapturePoint for user authentication, storage of packaging information as records, and management of record details such as recipient information and drop location data. It offers robust capabilities including search functionality and sorting options, enabling efficient tracking and management of packages to ensure successful delivery to the intended recipients or locations. The Smart Delivery app seamlessly integrates with CapturePoint to streamline the shipment process. Utilizing the mobile device's built-in camera, Smart Delivery captures images of packing slips and promptly transmits them to CapturePoint for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) scanning. Once the details are extracted, the relevant information is displayed on the mobile device for user validation and confirmation of accuracy. Users can then assign a destination and schedule for package delivery in real-time or defer the decision to a later time, retaining the flexibility to access and modify records as needed. Upon confirmation of the delivery location and schedule, the package is marked as ready for delivery. After successful delivery, users can conveniently update the package status within the app, marking it as delivered. Subsequently, the record is automatically archived within CapturePoint, ensuring data integrity and providing a valuable resource for future reporting and analysis purposes. Key Features & Benefits Paperless Package Tracking: By electronically tracking packages from receipt to final delivery, the Smart Delivery app eliminates the need for paper-based documentation. This not only reduces environmental impact but also minimizes the risk of missed or late deliveries associated with manual tracking methods. Comprehensive Package Tracking: The app records essential data such as PO numbers, intended recipients, shipping origins, and package tracking numbers. This thorough documentation ensures accurate tracking of packages from the moment they are received until they reach their designated recipients or locations, enhancing transparency and accountability throughout the delivery process. Improved Efficiency: By digitizing package tracking processes and providing centralized access to package information, Smart Delivery enhances operational efficiency. This reduces the time and effort required to manage packages, allowing staff to focus on more critical tasks and increasing overall productivity. Reduced Errors: Manual tracking methods are prone to human errors, leading to inaccuracies and potential delivery delays. With Smart Delivery's automated tracking and documentation capabilities, the likelihood of errors is significantly reduced, minimizing the risk of misrouted or misplaced packages. Delivery Confirmation: Smart Delivery enables users to confirm package deliveries seamlessly. Users can request signatures or take photos upon delivery, providing irrefutable evidence of successful delivery. Additionally, automated notifications are sent to the recipients, enhancing communication and customer satisfaction. Efficient Search and Sorting: With intuitive search and sorting functionalities, users can easily locate and organize package records based on various criteria. Whether searching by recipient name, package tracking number, or arrival date, users can swiftly access the information they need, streamlining package management and reducing administrative overhead.

FlexMesh Driver is for independent parcel couriers in Canada who deliver for more than one carrier. Scan the shipping labels on your parcels, get one optimized route across all of them, and drive it with the map you already use. SCAN THE LABEL, NOT THE KEYBOARD • Point the camera at the label. The barcode gives the tracking number; the address is read from the label text. • Works with Intelcom / Dragonfly, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Amazon, UniUni and other carrier labels. • Continuous scanning for a full van; manual shutter when you want to take the shot yourself. • Labels in English, French and Chinese. ONE ROUTE, EVERY CARRIER • Up to 498 stops in one route, ordered by the SuperRoute optimization engine. • Set your start and end points once; keep depots in the address book. • Reorder or drop stops mid-route as the day changes. DRIVE IT WITH YOUR OWN MAP • One tap opens each stop in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. • Load-vehicle mode: scan a label and see its stop number. PROVE EVERY DELIVERY • Photo proof stored with the stop. • Mark failed attempts with a reason. • Route summary when the day is done. BUILT IN CANADA • Canadian addresses and postal codes. • Interface in English, French, Chinese, Spanish, German and Dutch. FlexMesh Driver is free while in beta. It does not sell your data. Analytics are off until you say yes. Questions or a label that will not scan? Use Help & Support in the app, or write to info@flexmesh.ca — send a photo of the label and we will make it work.
