About

LockLapse

Features

Prop your phone against a book, hit start, and work. LockLapse films your desk as a timelapse and ends it with a card carrying the numbers, hours, streak, subject and date. The card is the part you post. It renders itself when you finish, so a three-hour block becomes a clip without an edit. Recording and the card are free. HOW IT WORKS • Name what you're working on and tap start. The phone sits there and you work. • The running clock is burned into the footage, so the number stays legible while the timelapse plays and survives whatever edit the clip goes through. • Finish, and the card renders onto the end of the video with your total time, day streak, subject, date and a still from your own desk. • Save it to your camera roll or share it straight out. BUILT FOR LONG SESSIONS • The sensor runs at 5fps and the screen dims to near-black after twenty seconds, because a long session is a heat and battery problem before it is anything else. • A phone call, a notification or a switch to another app closes the current segment to disk and keeps every frame already recorded. • Recording picks up again on its own once the interruption ends, so a session never sits paused waiting for a button. • Focus and white balance settle for two seconds and then lock, so hours of footage don't hunt or drift in colour. LOCKLAPSE PRO • Every session you record. Free keeps the last seven days. • Four card themes (Midnight, Ember, Forest, Tape). • Any accent colour, with the rest of the card built from the one you pick. • Your name signed on the card, and the LockLapse wordmark off. Yearly with a free week, or one payment for life. Nothing leaves your phone. No account, no upload, no analytics. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
