Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Technique Meals | تكنيك ميلز at 100% against Prep'd's 14%. Technique Meals | تكنيك ميلز also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Prep'd's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Prep'd holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prep'd has 37 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Prep'd's written reviews are positive against 100% of Technique Meals | تكنيك ميلز's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Prep'd ships an update every 2 weeks, Technique Meals | تكنيك ميلز every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
