We focus on building lean muscle and resilience without bulk, helping you dissolve chronic pain and reclaim your body’s natural vitality through the classical Pilates method with a contemporary approach by all our teachers. Our Specialized Services We cater to all levels of experience, from those new to the reformer to those seeking advanced rehabilitative care. Group Reformer Classes: Limited to 10 participants to ensure personalized attention. These sessions are challenging and varied, focusing on core stability, flexibility, and total body control. Private Pilates Sessions: One-on-one instruction tailored strictly to your body’s needs and goals. Rehabilitative Privates (LUXE Exclusive): Our 2024 expansion, LUXE, features a dedicated private room for rehabilitative work. We specialize in helping clients navigate low back pain, disc injuries, joint replacements, and postpartum recovery using Pilates principles. Teacher Training: Our renowned XTP Teacher Training program (launching every April) mentors the next generation of Pilates experts in our proprietary methodology.
