About

Allyson Run

Features

Allyson is a running coach for women with a race on the calendar, from a first 5K to a marathon. She writes your plan around the days you can train and reworks it when your week changes. Week by week, she stays with you until race day. Text her the way you'd text a coach: "work ate my Thursday" or "I slept four hours". She answers with what to run today and moves the week around it, then shows you what changed, before and after. With you every week Every Monday she writes to you about what the week ahead is for and the session that matters most. When a run comes in from your watch, she can send you a short note about it. Tell her in two taps how a session felt and she replies that same day. If your last two runs felt bad, or your watch shows a poor night's sleep, she suggests easing your next hard session, and nothing moves until you say yes. A plan built around your race Start with your race and the days you can train, plus a few questions about your running lately. A few minutes later you have the whole plan, up to race day. Some weeks build and some ease off, so your body has time to absorb the work. If you miss a session, say so and you carry on from where you are. Free to start Your plan and its sessions are free for good, and so are your paces and the Monday email with your week. For your first two weeks, counted from the day you save your first plan, you can talk to your coach and get her notes. After that, the chat and everything she writes or changes for you come with the subscription. Paces from your own runs If you run with a Garmin, Coros, Polar or Suunto, connect intervals.icu and she sets your paces from your runs. Connect it weeks in and she brings your plan up to date with the runs that arrive. Without a watch, log a run with its distance and time. Each pace says where it came from, so you can tell when a number is still an estimate. On your iPhone Today's session is waiting in the app, and a widget puts it on your home screen. Your week stays saved on the phone for when you have no signal. What she is Allyson is an AI. The app is a training tool, not medical advice, and when something needs a doctor or a physical therapist, she points you to one. Every plan passes a safety check before you see it, and if one can't be built safely, she tells you. Write "I have my period and I feel awful" and she'll adjust the day with you. Anything about your cycle or your health is only saved if you agree, and it's deleted when you ask. In English and Spanish, in kilometers or miles. SUBSCRIPTION The subscription is 14.49 US dollars a month or 134.99 US dollars a year (14.99 and 149.99 euros in the euro zone). The App Store shows you the price for your country, and any offer you qualify for, before you confirm. It is charged to your Apple ID and renews until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends: Settings on your iPhone, your name at the top, then Subscriptions. If an offer gives you a free period, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Terms of use: https://allysonrun.com/terms Privacy policy: https://allysonrun.com/privacy
