Varium vs GunStatus

Varium is an AI-powered app built for driving instructors and driving schools. Manage your lesson diary, pupils, notes, payments, mileage, pupil booking requests and business insights from one place. Built for modern driving instructors, Varium helps reduce admin, keep your day organised and give you a clearer view of your pupils and your business. KEY FEATURES AI Driving Instructor Assistant Ask questions about your pupils, lessons, payments, driving tests and progress. Varium AI helps you find useful information from your own data without searching through records manually. Smart Lesson Diary Manage lessons, availability and your daily schedule with a clean calendar designed specifically for driving instructors. Turn empty spaces in your diary into useful opportunities. Varium can identify gaps between lessons and suggest pupils who may be a good fit based on their recent and upcoming lesson schedule. Use Smart Match to quickly find suitable pupils and fill spare time without manually searching through your diary. Pupil Lesson Booking Requests Let pupils request lessons based on the availability you choose. Set your bookable days and hours, choose your normal lesson duration and decide how often available start times should be offered. Pupils can then request a suitable lesson time from their Varium account. You stay in control. A request only becomes a lesson after you approve it, and pupil booking can be switched off whenever you want. Pupil Management Keep pupil details, contact information, lesson notes, locations, payments and progress organised in one place. AI-Assisted Notes Turn quick lesson notes into clearer, more useful records with AI assistance, helping you keep pupil progress easier to understand. Payments and Balances Track lesson payments, outstanding balances and payment totals so you can quickly see where each pupil stands.
