Ballistica is a ballistic calculator for long-range shooters who want clear corrections and can see the data behind them. Pick a rifle and a load, enter the line-of-sight range, angle, wind, and conditions, and Ballistica gives you elevation and windage: the direction, the angle, the linear drop or drift, and turret clicks when your scope's click value is set. THE SOLVER • 3D point-mass trajectory model • G1, G5, G7, and G8 drag models, plus custom drag curves • Optional spin drift, Coriolis, and aerodynamic jump • Line-of-sight range and inclined shots • Temperature, pressure, humidity, and altitude, or live conditions from Apple Weather • Station pressure from your iPhone's barometer • Separate conditions for the day you zeroed • Two-stage truing for muzzle velocity and drop scale, with powder temperature taken into account • Warnings for transonic and subsonic flight and for ranges beyond what the model has been checked against CLEAR RESULTS • Elevation and windage in MOA or MRAD, with dial and hold shown side by side • Turret clicks in your scope's own unit, and a warning when a correction exceeds your turret's travel • Linear drop and drift, remaining velocity, Mach, energy, and time of flight • The drag model, ballistic coefficient, velocity source, zero, and truing status are always visible • A clear marker when changed inputs make a solution out of date IN THE FIELD • Stage planner: every target on a stage, in shot order, with a printable wrist card (Pro) • Hit probability for a chosen target size, and which error is costing you the most (Pro) • Measure shot angle and rifle cant with your iPhone • Reticle view with generic MOA and MRAD reticles, including trees with wind dots and second-focal-plane scaling • Optional energy and velocity guidelines for hunting • Trajectory graph for drop, velocity, and energy • Range cards on A4 or Letter, exported as PDF • Mover lead and mil ranging • Widgets, a Lock Screen Live Activity (Pro), and Siri and Shortcuts: ask Siri for your elevation and wind at a given range RIFLES AND LOADS • Rifle and scope profiles with multiple zeros • Custom loads and a built-in bullet library • Import velocity strings from Garmin Xero and LabRadar CSV files, set muzzle velocity from the average, and estimate temperature sensitivity • Share a rifle, load, or saved setup as a file or a QR code • Saved setups for the combinations you use most RANGE SESSIONS • Log observed impacts against the prediction • Group size, mean radius, and average vertical and horizontal offsets • Notes, location, and an optional target photo • Filter by date and rifle, export a session as CSV, or share a summary image YOUR SETTINGS • Metric, Imperial, or mixed units • Daylight, Field Dark, Sunlight, and Low-Light Red themes, or follow the system • Large text, VoiceOver, and Reduce Motion support • iCloud sync and full backups Ballistica Pro is a one-time purchase.
