Verdict
The clearest difference is price: 奇谷米 at Free against The Human Chain Project's $0.99. 奇谷米 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). The Human Chain Project's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
