About

Supplement Reminder & Tracker

Features

Not sure whether you already took it today? Home shows each supplement with the time you logged it, like "Vitamin C · logged today 08:12". Tap once to log an item; tapping an item you already logged only shows a notice and changes nothing. Undoing takes a confirmed second tap. Record supplement names, dosages and up to three reminder times. Check each supplement once per day and review your calendar, 30-day daily check statistics, streak and remaining stock. Each daily check subtracts one stock unit regardless of recorded dosage; an in-app refill notice appears at seven units or fewer. Notifications depend on device permissions, operating-system settings and scheduling limits; exact delivery is not guaranteed. Records stay on your device without an account. No ads or tracking permission request. Follow product labels and advice from your doctor or pharmacist. The app does not determine ingredients, benefits, safe combinations or dosing times from names. No warning does not mean a combination is safe.
