Managing diabetes is hard enough. Glu Sight helps you track blood glucose, insulin, and oral medications in one place, understand your patterns, and stay consistent day to day. Whether you manage type 2, type 1, pre-diabetes, gestational diabetes, or another form of diabetes, Glu Sight gives you a clearer view of your data so you can spot trends and keep day-to-day logging organized. ** FEATURES Built for different therapy needs Diabetes care varies person to person. Glu Sight lets you show only the pieces you use, so logging stays quick and the screen does not feel like homework. • Insulin on your terms. Use insulin tracking when it matches your care, or turn it off in Profile for a simpler, glucose-first experience. • Pills without the clutter. Add oral medications with the details you actually use (form, strength, and your usual dose), then log each dose as taken or skipped so your day matches your real routine. • Step back without losing glucose data. Turn medication tracking off in Profile when you want glucose and insulin without pill workflows; turn it back on when you are ready. Fast daily logging • Log glucose, insulin, and medication doses in seconds. • Add context like meal timing (pre- or post-meal) and insulin therapy details. Trends and stats you can use • See averages, estimated A1C, and time in range. • Compare trends across 7, 14, 30, and 90 days for Average Glucose, Time in Range, and Variability. • Spot recurring patterns with clear visual charts. Apple Health integration • Sync glucose and insulin data from Apple Health. • Works with data from compatible devices and apps that write to Apple Health, including Dexcom G5/G6/G7, Accu‑Chek Connect, InPen, OneTouch Verio Flex, and others. • Supports background updates and manual sync controls. Helpful reminders and therapy support • Set reminders for insulin doses and oral medications. • Stay consistent with personalized notification flows. • Keep insulin dose reminders in view with Live Activities on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island (on supported iPhone models), with a quick path to log when it is time for your dose. Quick actions with Siri Shortcuts • Jump straight into logging glucose or insulin. • Open your previous-day recap faster. Personalized experience • Choose mg/dL or mmol/L. • Set your own target glucose range. • Customize app theme and icon. ** GLU SIGHT PLUS (In-App Purchase) Free tracking includes one insulin therapy and one oral medication, with dose logging. Glu Sight Plus adds scheduled dose reminders for insulin and oral medications, additional therapies beyond the first insulin and first medication, and the features below. Upgrade for more powerful features: • Personalized insights from your glucose and insulin data. • Pattern heat-maps for high/low windows. • Full history calendar (free plan includes the current calendar month). • Shareable PDF and CSV reports. • Live Activities for insulin reminders on supported iPhones. About

ICD 10 2027 Coding Assistant

Review outpatient documentation with private, on-device FY2027 ICD-10-CM code suggestions. Designed for professional coders and clinicians, the app helps you examine documented conditions and coding questions while leaving every code decision to you. ANALYZE CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION Paste a diagnosis statement or outpatient note. The app identifies documented diagnoses, symptoms, and encounter details, grounds candidate codes in the bundled FY2027 ICD-10-CM code set, and applies rule checks. Results appear in stages for review. The FY2027 edition is intended for services from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. REVIEW EACH SUGGESTION Suggestions show an official code description, a review status, and an explanation. The app highlights questions about specificity, laterality, seventh characters, Excludes1 conflicts, and sequencing instructions. Uncertain and ruled-out findings appear separately from active suggestions. VERIFY WITH CODE REFERENCES Open Code Detail to review descriptions, applicable instructional notes, seventh-character definitions, and the bundled Tabular List hierarchy. Confirm each choice against the documentation and official coding guidance. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE Clinical note text is processed on your device. It is not saved, logged, synced, or sent to a server. Analysis and code search work offline. The app has no ads or tracking SDKs. Anonymous feedback and optional usage counts help improve the app through analytics software. Usage sharing is off by default. Clinical notes and code suggestions are never included. SEARCH AND ORGANIZE Search the bundled code set by code or description. Save favorite codes with your own reference notes and organize them into folders with Premium. Saved favorites, folders, and personal reference notes can sync through your private iCloud account when available. One-tap saving of suggestions stores code references, not the analyzed clinical note. START FREE Search without limits, save up to 10 favorites, and complete 3 eligible note analyses per rolling seven-day period. Bundled fictional samples and short diagnosis lookups do not use that allowance. iCloud sync for saved reference material is available on both plans. Premium adds unlimited note analyses and favorites, folders, and one-tap saving of current suggestions. Subscription terms and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. PROFESSIONAL DECISION SUPPORT The app does not submit claims, determine reimbursement, replace official guidance, or make final coding decisions. You review the documentation and confirm every code. Automated support is limited for some specialty contexts, including obstetric, newborn, and external-cause coding.
