Cardio Log Heart – Personal Daily Wellness Tracking Journal Cardio Log Heart is an all-in-one personal wellness journal for logging daily physical and lifestyle data. Estimate pulse rate with your device camera, manually record blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen and sleep data from your own measuring tools, and set medication reminders to build a long-term personal wellness archive. Core Features 1. Pulse Rate & HRV Wellness Trends Place your fingertip over your device’s camera and flash to estimate pulse rate with camera-based PPG technology, which analyzes fingertip color changes for wellness reference only. The app saves pulse records and generates HRV trend charts showing average, peak and minimum values by day, week or month. You can tag each record with a state such as resting or post-workout to review personal wellness changes. Disclaimer: Pulse estimates and trend data are for personal reference only and must never be used for medical diagnosis, clinical monitoring or emergency treatment. 2. Blood Pressure Logging Manually input systolic, diastolic and pulse data measured by your own blood pressure device. Add optional tags such as age, gender and physical state. The app organizes readings into reference ranges and creates trend charts for long-term review. You can edit or delete entries anytime. 3. Blood Oxygen Logging Manually record SpO₂ readings from your personal pulse oximeter. The app organizes saved logs and creates visual charts to help you review changes in your oxygen-level records. 4. Blood Glucose Record Log blood sugar data tested with your own glucometer under fasting, pre-meal or post-meal scenarios, with flexible unit switching. Trend graphs help you review blood glucose fluctuations and maintain a daily recording habit. 5. Sleep Quality Journal Record bedtime, wake-up time, deep sleep, REM cycles and nighttime awakenings. The app generates a sleep reference score and weekly charts to help you review sleep patterns and adjust your rest schedule. 6. Custom Medication Intake Reminders Create pill reminders with custom names, intake time, repeat rules and expiry dates. Local notifications can alert you on schedule, and you can edit or delete reminders to fit your personal plan. Note: This app never provides medical dosage, prescription or treatment suggestions. 7. Privacy & Personal Data Management Your wellness records are protected under our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal data, and you can view, edit and manage saved entries inside the app. User-Friendly Dashboard The daily dashboard displays your latest wellness records to support your tracking habit. You can edit personal information, submit feedback, and check our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service in settings. Important Disclaimer All estimated pulse data, manual records, trend charts and sleep scores in this app are only for personal wellness reference. This application is NOT a medical device and cannot be used to diagnose, treat or prevent diseases. It cannot replace professional medical examination, certified medical equipment or advice from licensed doctors. Blood pressure, blood glucose and blood oxygen modules only support manual entry of data measured by users’ own external devices. The app cannot measure these indicators through iOS hardware. 【Important Note】 Terms of Use(EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy:https://seamoncardialog.com/website-cfg/policy
