The One Heart App allows users to create an account, add patients, record heart sounds, assign patients to an expert user, complete consultation of assigned patients, and review consultation results. There are three primary users for the One Heart App including general users, nurses, and pediatric cardiologists (expert users). Please Note: the demo version of this application is available for anyone to download, however, the use of the machine learning algorithms integrated in version 1.2 are restricted to institutional users who have ethical clearance and are using the One Heart App for clinical investigative purposes only. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: One Heart App at none against Medical Reference Guides's 1. One Heart App also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 9 months). Medical Reference Guides's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
