At a restaurant, take a photo of the menu and FittyBitty picks three dishes that fit what you have left to eat today, with calories, protein and one tip for ordering each one better. Tap "I ordered this" and it's logged. It also tells you which dishes to go easy on. It reads printed menus and menu boards, and the numbers are estimates from the menu, so treat them as a guide. Talk to your coach the way you'd text a friend. "I'm in a hotel this week." "Only 20 minutes today." "I had a burrito for lunch." Type or speak, and it reshapes your week or logs your food, water and weight from that one sentence. Snap your plate to get calories, protein, carbs and fat. You check the estimate before anything is saved. On the road, Travel Mode turns every session into bodyweight work you can do in a hotel room or a park. When you're home, one tap brings your own equipment back. Your weekly plan is built from your goal, your equipment and the days you can train. Sessions run 20 to 60 minutes and fit the time you pick. There are 15 training styles, from strength and powerlifting to HIIT, calisthenics, running and yoga, and more than 100 exercises with form cues, most with start and end photos. Each day is one short checklist: the workout, protein, calories, water and steps. The plan, workouts and logging are free, with no account and no ads. Every day includes 10 coach messages and 3 photo scans (menus or meals). Coach Unlimited removes those daily limits. It is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://fittybitty.com/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://fittybitty.com/privacy.html
