Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ADBox TV & Device Debug Viewer at 100% against Appwe's 55%. ADBox TV & Device Debug Viewer also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). Appwe's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (76 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

CostPrice · In-app purchases · Ads · Monetization

Both are free to download. Appwe sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and ADBox TV & Device Debug Viewer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Appwe holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Appwe has 76 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Appwe's written reviews are positive against 100% of ADBox TV & Device Debug Viewer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Appwe ships an update every 2 months, ADBox TV & Device Debug Viewer weekly. Both last shipped on October 13, 2026.
