IAEA Learning Platform vs Europ. Nuclear Medicine Guide

The Cyber Learning Platform for Network Education and Training (CLP4NET) is the IAEA Open Learning Management System. It provides open e-learning courses, webinars, and supports IAEA training courses. The CLP4NET allows users to easily find educational resources related to topics including nuclear energy, nuclear safety and nuclear science and technology. It contains instructor-led courses, self-directed courses, and other e-learning resources. It is provided to the interested public as a cost-free service of the IAEA. The CLP4NET supports sustainable education in the nuclear sector by facilitating web-based personal development through digital dissemination of high quality e-learning resources and learning environments, in a way that is cost-effective, scalable and easy to use.

This European Nuclear Medicine Guide is a joint project by the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) and the Nuclear Medicine Section of UEMS and European Board of Nuclear Medicine (UEMS/EBNM). Its aim is to provide a comprehensive, yet concise, overview and description of the nuclear medicine related basic science and technical procedures including in vivo imaging with radiopharmaceuticals, hybrid/multimodality imaging, radionuclide-guided surgery, dosimetry, radionuclide therapy, techniques related to nuclear physics in medicine, as well as the medical applications of radiobiology and radiation protection. The Training Requirements for the Specialty of Nuclear Medicine, defined by the UEMS Section and European Board of Nuclear Medicine and fully endorsed by the UEMS, have been used as backbone for the content of this nuclear medicine guide.
