Meludia vs PASE Program 2

Meludia Audition is a health application designed to accompany people fitted with hearing aids throughout their listening journey. Between appointments, it lets you carry out personalised hearing tests and training sessions simply, from home, under the supervision of your hearing care professional. **Personalise your hearing aid settings** Everyone perceives sounds differently. That is why Meludia Audition incorporates the Intensity Perception Test (IPT), a Class I medical device that measures your perception of different sound levels. Results are automatically transmitted to your hearing care professional, giving them objective data on your auditory experience to fine-tune your hearing aid settings and track your progress over time. **Gradually adapt to your hearing aids** Hearing more sounds does not always mean understanding them more easily. Your brain needs time to adjust to the new sounds your hearing aids provide. The hearing training sessions in Meludia Audition help you to: - become more comfortable with the sounds from your hearing aids; - improve your listening comfort; - reduce auditory fatigue; - understand conversations better in everyday situations. **Track your progress** As you use the app, your results are compiled into a Dynamic Audio Profile (DAP). This profile allows your hearing care professional to monitor your progress, assess the impact of adjustments made, and tailor your care to your needs. You can visualise your improvements and become an active participant in your hearing journey. **Key benefits** - Hearing tests carried out at home. - Personalised training to support your adaptation to hearing aids. - Regular monitoring between appointments. - More personalised settings thanks to data shared with your hearing care professional. - Better conversation understanding and improved everyday listening comfort. **Important** Meludia Audition is intended for people fitted with hearing aids and under the care of a hearing care professional. The Intensity Perception Test (IPT) is a Class I medical device. Its results are designed to assist your hearing care professional in monitoring your care and personalising your hearing aid settings. The training sessions in the application complement the follow-up provided by your hearing care professional and do not replace their advice, your hearing aid settings, or medical guidance.

When an individual is able to master auditory skills in isolation, they are then able to tap into those skills automatically in real-time conversation and active listening is less taxing and more natural. This is similar to how isolated skills practiced in sports helps an athlete condition to the skills that they need to draw on automatically in a real-time game.
