And more than a thousand free recipes — the public dataset published by Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety — come with the app. WHAT WILL IT COST Every recipe carries the price of its ingredients, worked out from current Korean market prices. Open the breakdown and you can see what each ingredient adds — so you know before you shop, not after you have paid. WHAT AM I EATING Up to 17 nutrients per recipe: calories, carbohydrate, protein, fat, sodium, sugars, saturated and trans fat, cholesterol, fibre, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and vitamins A, C and D. Each one is shown against a daily reference, so a number means something. Sign in with your age and sex and the reference adjusts to you. And where the data is genuinely missing, we say so rather than filling the gap with a zero — an unknown and a nothing are not the same thing.
