Konstructly allows all stakeholders (business owner, all managers and tradesmen) to be on the same page and remove duplicate work and human error by providing a transparent, fully attributable work log/review and payment system. Using this unique system of transparency and data-driven approach to workforce management, subcontractors are able to increase accountability (and therefore efficiency and output) through improved, real-time visibility of who is responsible for what on site.
