LEGIC Utility is a universal configuration tool for cryptographic key and configuration data distribution to LEGIC-powered devices in the field and utilizes the LEGIC Orbit Configuration Standard (LOCS) to enhance the user experience. Download LEGIC Utility onto your smartphone and register with the LEGIC Connect service. Administrators of the LEGIC Connect service can then distribute their predefined configurations as encrypted package (Orbit VCP) to the mobile phones. Once the package is downloaded to the app, LEGIC Utility can be used to configure compatible readers (based on a LEGIC Security Module from series 6000) over NFC or Bluetooth® Low Energy, even when both devices are offline.
