The goal of the workout is to strengthen all of the major muscle groups in your body in a safe and effective environment. Slow Glow welcomes all fitness levels. The WORKROOM app makes it very easy for you to manage your WORKROOM account, book into our classes and events and keep in touch with us. You can easily message us if you have a question or want to share something with us. You can also follow our public feed to see any announcements we make, promos we run, or content we share.
