SEE WHAT'S ON The live timetable shows every upcoming class and club — circuit training, boxing, trampoline fitness and more — with instructors, times and spaces remaining. BOOK IN SECONDS Reserve your spot in classes, book 1-to-1 sessions with personal trainers, physiotherapists and chiropractors, or grab a sauna and cold plunge slot. Cancel or rebook just as fast. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR SCHEDULE All your bookings in one place, grouped by day, with add-to-calendar in one tap. Get notified the moment a trainer confirms your session — and if the gym ever has to close unexpectedly, you'll know first. MEMBERS ONLY This app is for Alpha Gym members. Memberships are managed at alphagyms.co.uk — join there, then sign in with your membership email. Entry to the gym itself is arranged at reception, not in the app.
