``` RYVLZ turns a team's training into something everyone can see. Coaches assign the work. Athletes do it, log it, and earn points. The whole roster watches the leaderboard move. WHAT COACHES DO • Assign strength programs to the roster, or import your own • Post skill drills with a video — paste a YouTube link and add your cues • Review the video an athlete submits, send it back or approve it • See every athlete's program at a glance, pause or stop anyone • Run team competitions with real deadlines WHAT ATHLETES DO • Open the app and see exactly what today's session is • Log lifts, runs, meals, sleep and skill work • Film a drill attempt and send it to the coach • Watch their points, streak and rank move • See what the rest of the team is putting in THE POINTS Everything an athlete logs is worth something, with daily caps so nobody farms a single category. Lifting, conditioning, skill work, sleep, academics, community service. Streaks earn a bonus. Coaches can weight categories toward whatever the block is about — a strength phase scores lifting higher, a conditioning phase flips it. Points from skill drills are only awarded once the coach approves the video. The work has to be real. SKILL BUILD The part coaches ask for most. You post the drill with a reference video and what you want to see. The athlete watches it, films their attempt in the app, and submits. You review the two side by side, leave feedback, and approve or send it back. Drill categories cover twelve sports, and you can add your own. BUILT FOR A ROSTER, NOT A PERSON RYVLZ is a team product. An athlete on their own gets a training log; a team gets a leaderboard, a coach who can see everything, and the accountability that comes from your teammates watching. — Team subscriptions are managed at ryvlz.co.
