Neurable One headphones read your brain activity while you work. This app turns that signal into something you can act on. Start a focus session and the app tracks your attention live, against your own baseline rather than an average. When your focus drifts, an audio cue tells you, so you can pull it back before you lose the thread. Every session is saved to your own record, so you can see how today compares with last week. Add a note to any session — a short night, a second coffee, a meeting that wrecked your afternoon. A number means more when you know what was happening around it. WHAT WE MEASURE EEG reads electrical activity at the surface of your head. It does not read thoughts, words, images or mood. We measure signal patterns associated with attention and effort, and we report what we measured against what you measured before. When a reading disagrees with how you feel, we do not assume the reading is right. Where the signal was not clean enough to report, you see a dash rather than a guess. Neurable One is a consumer wellness product. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. We make no claim that using it improves any cognitive outcome. YOUR DATA We do not sell brain data and we do not use it for advertising. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Requires Neurable One headphones, sold separately.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Bee at 4.8 against Neurable One's 3.0. Bee also leads on ratings volume (3K vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 9 days). Neurable One's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
