Welcome to the first real-time 1v1 quiz app built for UK medical students and the UKMLA. Battle friends, rivals, or random med students across the country – and turn revision into a game you'll actually want to play. Every condition is built through deep research, cross-referenced with the latest guidelines, and thoroughly reviewed by our team of UK doctors. New specialties are added as our expert team grows – always with the same uncompromising quality. Our goal is to make learning social and fun – without ever sacrificing productivity or leaving anyone out. - Unique UKMLA question bank – minimal repeats of the same concept - Clear, detailed explanations written by UK doctors - Designed mobile-first for one-handed revision anywhere - Mobile-optimised textbook you can edit, highlight, and more - Built-in flashcards created by our team, ready for Anki-style review From clinics to coffee breaks, your entire finals toolkit is in your pocket. HOW A MATCH WORKS Find match puts you in a live six-question battle against another student. Each question is timed, and leaving it late costs you points. After every question you get the explanation. If nobody is free, you can play a bot instead of waiting. You can also challenge a friend on the specialties and conditions you choose, or play solo to work through a topic on your own. REVIEW WHAT YOU GET WRONG Every question is linked to an associated flashcard, which gets automatically added to Review mode if you get it wrong. Review mode uses FSRS spaced repetition. General consensus is that this is much better than Anki's older algorithm, bringing cards back just before you forget them, leading to fewer unnecessary reviews of cards that don't need review. You pick which specialties and conditions feed your deck, and you can change how often cards come back. Each question also links to the textbook page for that condition. Every textbook page follows the same order, so you always know where to find the investigations or the management. Question history keeps every question you have seen, and you can filter it by specialty, condition or result, or comment on a question to discuss it with other students. You can also get notifications when someone replies to your comment. LEADERBOARDS AND STREAKS Weekly and monthly leaderboards rank players by XP, and you can filter them by university or year of study. Double XP sessions and live tournaments run on a schedule. Play 3 games or win 1 each day to keep your streak going, and earn specialty badges for correct answers in a row.
