A 10/10 App Experience for Students
One of the apps that really makes things easier for students. I have studied at four universities, and all of their apps were very difficult to use. But this university provides students with an app that is simple, beautifully designed, and easy to understand. I am truly grateful to be studying at this university because it offers top-notch convenience — 10/10.

Urgently opening to key in your OTP? Great! MyIMU app is not here for you ! It will tell you to update the app and not let you use it!
Even though the change is never able to be seen visibly, users still need to update it no matter what. If it is for security reasons then sure tell us it is for it. Otherwise if it’s for bugs then please do not force me to do so until I willingly go update it myself cause the app is perfect for most of us already and do not need to update it every 2 days.
At least give us an option to update it later!

OTP system poorly designed
The otp refreshes way too quick, a lot of times the app is still loading and the otp is not useable anymore. Asking for a new one will distrub the class. This is very annoying and occurs very frequently. Also, the time limit is not effecttive at stopping perple facking their attendence. So please entend the time limit. Thank you.

Everytime i open this app it either works or doesnt. Need to delete download sign in authenticate and then request otp agin for attendance.

It logs you out so often, it takes forever to load, and when you key in attendance otp, because it loads forever, the otp already become invalid.
Bad
So hard to navigate and impossible to use. Always updating and in maintenance, can never access the actual documents required either have to request in email anyways what’s the point? Timetable also not clear and confusing.
The website was better but it always redirect to app now it’s impossible to use both website and app.

Teething issues in this app
Though bugs and fixes have been introduced,teething issues remain.Issues with students able to get their attendance before OTP generation and cohorts not using the app also being displayed are some.Hope to see more updates soon.
BAD
The latest update is sooo bad please fix the bug. It keeps saying something went wrong or try again and the timetable is always lagging and showing wrong date!!!!
Makes you login every week
Always asks to login every week and involves Microsoft authenticatorwhich is really annoying to do every week

Looking forward to more features
Proud to see that IMU University now has an app for students’ day-to-day experience and journey. Even though the app currently provides minimum viable features, the look-and-feel is pleasing and the app functions very well. I love the info hub module which I believe will answer most of the questions, later further expands and includes more information as students’ main reference. I look forward the most to check the attendance, timetable, exam result features. Good luck, team!
