One screen to open. One clear plan to follow. Every shift brings a hundred signals and not much clarity. Sales, schedules, reviews, what's happening down the street. It's all there, scattered across five different tools, and somewhere in it is the answer to one simple question: what does today actually need? Khova answers that question before the shift starts. It pulls everything relevant into one place and turns it into a clear plan for the day, so the whole team walks in knowing what matters and what to do about it. No piecing the day together. No guessing. KNOW WHAT TODAY NEEDS Open the app and see what to focus on, ranked for your location and your shift. What's busy, what's coming, what needs attention first. The day is already laid out when you arrive. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE Tasks, training, team messages, and your daily overview together in a single view. Stop switching between apps and spend your time on the floor instead. THE RIGHT THING, AT THE RIGHT TIME When something new comes up, like a launch, a menu change, or a busier night than usual, the task and the quick training to handle it land right when you need them, not weeks later on a schedule. EVERYONE ON THE SAME PAGE Managers and teams work from one shared plan. Priorities and messages reach the right people, in the language they read, so the whole shift starts aligned. LEARNS YOUR PATTERNS The quiet Monday. The rush before a local event. The dip after new starters join. Khova notices what tends to happen and flags it early, before it becomes a problem. FITS HOW YOU ALREADY WORK Khova connects to the tools your business already uses, including your POS, scheduling, and reviews, so everything shows up in one place. Nothing extra for you to set up. Built for the people who run the floor in restaurants, QSR, and retail, by a team that has spent ten years inside frontline operations. Useful from your very first shift. Open Khova and see what today needs.
