Universal Fit turns workout plans into clean, trackable training sessions. Import a plan JSON file, paste a plan from your clipboard, use an example plan, or create one with an AI workflow. Universal Fit validates the structure, keeps the plan readable on your phone, and gives you a focused place to train from the program you actually want to follow. Built for lifters, runners, hybrid athletes, coaches, and anyone who wants workout plans to be portable instead of locked inside one editor. What you can do: • Import portable workout-plan JSON • Browse example strength, running, mobility, and hybrid plans • Track planned sessions offline • Log sets, reps, rest, cardio, notes, and workout feedback • Review training history, streaks, volume, personal records, and cardio work • Keep units, body weight, available plates, and language preferences on device • Use AI-generated plans after validating the JSON schema • Save workouts without creating an account Why Universal Fit is different: Your plan is a file. That means it can come from a coach, a spreadsheet, a public library, a GitHub repo, or an AI assistant. Universal Fit focuses on making that file useful in the gym: readable sessions, fast logging, local history, and clear validation when something needs to be fixed. Privacy posture: Universal Fit is offline-first. Core workout plans and training logs stay on your device. The app does not require an account for the current workflow. Universal Fit is for training guidance and workout logging. It is not medical advice. Train within your ability and consult a qualified professional when needed.
