Track hot flashes in one tap. See what your hormone therapy actually changed. Log hot flashes with one tap — on your iPhone or right from your Apple Watch. Every dose change becomes a line on your charts, so you can see exactly what happened after: fewer hot flashes, better sleep, calmer heart rate. REMINDERS THAT CLOSE THE LOOP Patch days (twice a week, your schedule), daily gel or pills. If you don't mark it done, Attune follows up 45 minutes later. Mark it done right from the notification — no more "did I change it on Thursday?" EVERY MEDICATION ON ITS OWN SCHEDULE Two tablets at once is the normal prescription, not the exception. Each medication keeps its own doses, its own schedule and its own reminders — including cyclical progesterone by day of the month. Nothing is merged, nothing overwrites anything else. THE DOSE LINE Change your patch, gel or pills — Attune marks the date on every chart and compares before with after over 2 weeks, 6 weeks or 3 months, and flags short coverage as preliminary. Not on therapy yet? Start logging now — the "before" period can only be recorded while it is happening. "Hot flashes down 40% since your dose change" is a sentence your doctor can work with. ONE-TAP LOGGING Hot flashes happen anywhere. Tap once on your Apple Watch and it's recorded with the exact time — day and night episodes counted separately. Adjust intensity and triggers later, only if you want. APPLE HEALTH, BUILT IN Attune imports 6 months of sleep and heart history the moment you connect, so your charts mean something from day one. Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV update automatically. A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR TAKES SERIOUSLY A concise PDF: hot flash frequency by week, response to your last dose change, sleep and heart trends. Generate a PDF and walk into your appointment with evidence. WHAT YOU TRACK IS UP TO YOU Add your own symptoms — joint pain, anxiety, palpitations — and rate them 1–5 next to the built-in ones. Log bleeding on any day, or never: there is no cycle setup anywhere in Attune, and it works the same after a hysterectomy. Fix a wrong entry or add a missed one on any past day. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account is required, and your diary and Apple Health readings never leave your device. Export to CSV anytime. Subscription: after a 7-day free trial, at the price shown in your App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings. Attune is a tracking tool, not a medical device. Always consult your clinician about your therapy. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://attunehrt.pages.dev/privacy
