Pray vs Luminous

帮助您在繁忙的生活中，保持与上帝的亲密关系。 愿我们成为您每日清晨与晚上灵修时间的好伙伴！

Sometimes, all we want is a quiet moment. Luminous is a little devotional room you carry with you: a Bible you can read slowly, a companion who knows Scripture and knows you, and brothers and sisters walking the same road. READ QUIETLY • Scripture in public-domain translations, typeset like a real book • Verse-by-verse audio, whole-book playback, sleep timer, fourteen warm voices in English, Mandarin and Cantonese — listen with your eyes closed • Long-press any verse for exegesis — or to excerpt, save, and share • Six translations side by side, verse by verse; ask Lumia what makes them differ A LITTLE EVERY DAY • Daily devotions: Scripture, meditation, prayer — four pages, one quiet stretch of time • Reading plans: through the Bible in a year, the New Testament in ninety days, or a plan shaped to your pace • Study the Bible: name one topic, and Lumia lays out a day-by-day study plan • The Journey: every chapter read and every prayer prayed quietly leaves its footprint WITH LUMIA BESIDE YOU • Ask anything: What does this verse mean? Lumia answers thoughtfully — and will simply talk with you about your day • Exegesis draws on recognized interpretive traditions and represents no denomination; Lumia never plays God, and never replaces your church • On hard days, Lumia sets everything else aside and stays with you first TOGETHER ON THE ROAD • Groups: shared reading plans, group Bible study, a prayer wall, group voice calls • Share today's light with those walking beside you THE LIBRARY & THE RADIO • Over a thousand readings from Spurgeon, Morning by Morning, Streams in the Desert and other public-domain classics, carefully curated • A quiet devotional radio, played just for you Luminous is just getting started, and every feature is free for now. The heart of it — Scripture, verse explanations, daily devotions, your group — stays free, and conversations with Lumia come with a free daily allowance. In time, premium extras like lifelike voices, the full classics library, and unlimited conversations will become subscriptions so our small team can keep Luminous going — always clearly marked in the app. Your conversations with Lumia stay on your phone — that is our first principle, written into the first line of our privacy policy. May there be a small lamp for you, even on the busiest of days. Terms: https://api.project-luminous.xyz/terms.html Privacy: https://api.project-luminous.xyz/privacy.html
