AccessMyPath vs See For Me AI

Welcome to the MyPath project. We aim to build an accessible routing and navigation system for wheelchair users to get to their destination from any source location. We achieve this by identifying surface types from user-collected vibrational patterns and subsequently use the surface type and incline information to generate end-to-end personalized accessible routes.

See For Me is an accessibility app designed to help blind and visually impaired users identify nearby objects through real-time object detection and clear spoken feedback. The app analyzes the user’s surroundings and announces detected objects to make everyday situations easier and more accessible. Whether the user is trying to find an item, understand what is around them, or move more confidently through a space, See For Me provides simple, practical support through audio. Built with accessibility at its core, the app offers an intuitive experience focused on voice guidance and real-time assistance, helping users interact with their environment more independently.
