Selfie Gate helps you break mindless phone habits by adding a small real-world challenge before opening the apps that consume most of your attention. Choose which apps you want to gate, such as social media, dating apps, entertainment apps, or any other distraction. When you try to open a gated app, Selfie Gate requires you to complete a quick selfie challenge before access is granted. This intentional pause helps interrupt automatic behavior and encourages more conscious decisions about how you spend your time. Whether you're trying to reduce endless scrolling, cut back on dating app fatigue, or simply become more mindful of your screen habits, Selfie Gate turns every unlock into a moment of awareness. Features: • Gate selected apps behind a selfie challenge • Create intentional friction before opening distracting apps • Reduce impulsive app usage and mindless scrolling • Build awareness around digital habits • Simple setup and easy-to-use interface The goal isn't to stop you from using your favorite apps—it's to help you use them more intentionally.
