Your autonomous on-demand shuttle in Klagenfurt and Pörtschach. With our pioneer project SURAAA - Smart Urban Region Austria Alps Adriatic, we have been developing automated driving in a real environment on federal and municipal roads since 2017 and have been driving daily and according to schedule since 2018, documenting every test kilometer. The sensors on the automated shuttles ensure safe driving, both on busy main roads and narrow secondary roads. In addition, there is always a trained operator on board who can stop and steer the bus manually in exceptional cases. This service is free of charge for passengers during the test phase. Nutze die FLEX E-BASE und die darin ausleihbaren Fahrzeuge für Deine Mobilität – es macht richtig Spaß und leistet dabei noch einen Beitrag für die Umwelt! Dein Fahrzeug ist nach dem Zeitpunkt des Verleihs nur Deines – so lange, wie Du es möchtest. Am Ende Deiner Nutzung gibt es bitte wieder in der Station, der Flex E-Base, zurück. Die beiden Stationen zur Nutzung im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts ZeroFlex befinden sich (1) in Klagenfurt beim S-Bahnhof Klagenfurt West und (2) am Flughafen Salzburg. Das Verleihsystem über die Standorte FLEX E-BASE und den Fahrzeugen darin, wird im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts ZeroFlex vom Klimaschutzministerium (BMK, Klimafonds, Zero Emission Mobility, 5th Call) gefördert, abgewickelt seitens die FFG. Nach Projektende ist eine österreichweite Ausrollung des Angebots (Stationen und Fahrzeuge) geplant.
